To access our facilities and services, you must register for membership and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your membership credentials and for all activities that occur under your membership account.

Membership fees are due in accordance with your chosen membership plan. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

User Obligations

As a member or user of our services, you agree to:

• Use our facilities and equipment safely and in accordance with posted guidelines and staff instructions
• Respect other members, staff, and visitors at all times
• Maintain appropriate hygiene and dress standards
• Not engage in any behaviour that could be harmful, disruptive, or offensive to others

• Notify us immediately of any injuries or incidents that occur on our premises
• Not use our facilities or services for any unlawful purposes

Health and Safety

You acknowledge that physical exercise and use of fitness equipment involves inherent risks. You participate in all activities at your own risk and are encouraged to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise programme. We recommend that you inform our staff of any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect your use of our facilities.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials used in our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, are the property of vortexmeadow or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission.
